Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Shipping cookies in extreme heat can potentially change the shape. If your cookies are a bit softer upon arrival, place them in the fridge or freezer to firm back up. We want you to be extremely satisfied with your purchase and we will do what we can to make it right.
